Why?

We believe that there is no reason for a company to "specify" attire. There is no reason for students who are job-hunting to "specify attire" other than from the perspective of physical safety considerations such as light work and walking, and we would like them to choose the attire they think is appropriate when they come to the company. Even within the company, we ask each employee to think about and decide for themselves what attire to wear from the customer's perspective.
