Many companies state that casual clothing is acceptable and that dress code is casual, but it is difficult for students to judge on their own, so I think that if there were clear standards, students would feel less anxious (former job-hunting student/graduated in 2018-2022). I think that "dress code is casual" is vague. I think that a uniform suit is better because it saves job-hunting students time thinking about what to wear (former job-hunting student/graduated in 2018-2022).
