These straight-tip shoes are a collaboration model between the long-established Italian manufacturer "CALZOLERIA TOSCANA" and HILTON. The shoe last was developed and created in Japan, taking into consideration the foot shape of Japanese people, and then sent to Italy for production. The balance of the pattern was also adapted to Japanese tastes, with a moderately widened opening for easy foot insertion. It features a high-quality Vibram half-soled leather sole, a standard Hilton specification. The upper is made of Italian calf leather with a moderate thickness and high durability. All small parts are sourced within Italy. From cutting the leather to sewing the upper, assembling and finishing, every step of the process is done by Italian craftsmen, making it 100% MADE IN ITALY. Each pair is handcrafted by artisans, resulting in a unique look for each shoe.

■McKay manufacturing method
The upper, insole, and outsole are sewn together at the same time, giving the shoe a nimble and flexible feel.
■Outsole: Vibram semi-stacked sole
This sole features a leather base with Vibram rubber laminated onto it. While maintaining the breathability characteristic of leather soles, the addition of rubber provides slip resistance, taking into account the Japanese climate. The result is a high-quality finish that is virtually indistinguishable from a leather sole.
■Wood shape/width: 3E
We use a shoe last developed in Japan. This new last was developed based on the shape of Japanese feet, including the position of the arch and the narrowing of the heel.
