It's made with Toray Industries' high-performance "BODYSHELL®EX" fabric, which is opaque even when worn alone. This season, while maintaining its opacity, we've changed from last year's firm, thick fabric to a lighter material that's perfect for the hot summer, making it even easier to wear. Despite being a light and soft material, it has an anti-transparency index of 93.0, making it opaque and perfect for wearing in lighter clothing seasons.
By using minerals that prevent light from passing through and reflecting off the material in the thread, we have achieved functions such as "anti-transparency (anti-transparency index 93.0)", "sweat stain prevention", "UV protection" and "moisture absorption and quick drying". It can be worn in a variety of situations, such as as a business inner layer when paired with a tailored jacket or as a casual T-shirt when paired with denim.
