The biggest feature is the double pocket design with pockets for storing Hokaron inside the left and right hip pockets. The outer material has been treated to be water repellent.

As the name suggests, it's warm, light and comfortable!
It's cheap and worth more than its price, it's the best!
I bought it in a different color because it was a good deal.
